1. Commercial Agreement & Orders

By placing an order with Swastic Sales ("Company", "We", "Us") for disposable tableware, Areca leaf crockery, aluminium foils, cling films, or wooden cutlery, the buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Formal purchase orders (PO) or confirmation via official email/WhatsApp constitute a binding supply agreement.

2. Quality Specifications & Food-Grade Compliance

All products manufactured and distributed by Swastic Sales adhere to certified food-grade standards. Areca palm leaf products are 100% natural, and natural variations in leaf grain, texture, and shading are inherent to organic manufacturing and cannot be deemed defects.

3. Custom Branding & Private Labeling

For custom-printed paper cups, napkins, and toothpick sleeves, the client is solely responsible for ensuring they possess intellectual property and trademark rights for all submitted logos and artworks. Production begins only upon formal artwork proof sign-off.

4. Dispatch, Freight & Delivery

Goods are dispatched from our central Ludhiana logistics facility via reputable national transport carriers. Delivery timelines provided are estimates. Swastic Sales is not liable for transit delays caused by weather, road closures, or force majeure events.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All commercial transactions and disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject exclusively to the courts of Ludhiana, Punjab.
